By using the fees payment system, you agree to the following:

• By proceeding with the online payment, you authorize the website/app to charge your Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Account, or other selected payment method towards the applicable fee, as authorized by you.
• The online payment facility enables convenient payment through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and other available payment modes supported by the integrated payment gateway.
• The availability of specific banks, payment gateways, payment modes, and payment methods is subject to the sole discretion of the respective payment gateway, bank, or service provider.
• Any transaction fees, convenience charges, applicable taxes, or other charges levied during the payment process shall be borne by the payer/cardholder.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where a refund is specifically approved by the concerned authority as per applicable rules.
• No refund shall be granted merely because the payer has completed the payment or subsequently decides not to avail of the service.
• Transaction fees, convenience charges, or gateway charges shall not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances, including refund, reversal, chargeback, cancellation, or any other reason.
• In case the amount has been deducted from your bank account or card but the payment status is not successfully captured or updated, please wait at least 24 hours before attempting another payment.
• If the payment amount has been deducted but the transaction status remains unsuccessful or pending after the prescribed waiting period, please contact the concerned authority with the transaction details for verification.
• Any clarification, complaint, or dispute relating to a payment or transaction should be reported to the concerned authority within 7 days from the date of the transaction.
• The payer/cardholder is advised to retain the transaction receipt, reference number, and other payment details until the payment has been successfully confirmed.

1. No refund will be granted once the payment is done
2. Duplicate clause - If student paid twice for one payment than transaction amount will be paid within 15 to 20 working days via same source.
3. Convenience Fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
